Laura “Allison” Ramos has been a solo-practitioner for 12 years and has represented citizens in various types of cases nationwide. Her experience includes trials of major crimes, criminal appeals, family law, and other civil and administrative matters. Allison’s immigration law practice has allowed her to represent individuals in many different states before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and securing favorable outcomes for those before USCIS.
Allison has been a criminal Justice Panel Act member in federal court for the South District of Texas and is also on the Nueces County indigent defense wheel.
